The
Panasonic DMC FZ-10
`Fluzi'
is my first digital camera, and what a great choice it is! I come
from a casual hobbyist SLR background (a trusty, and cheap,
Sigma
SA-300N), and found that the FZ10 was the first relatively inexpensive
digital camera which could do roughly everything I expected a cheap
SLR (single-lens-reflex) to do.
In addition, it has reasonable macro capability, much better zoom
than a typical SLR lens and optical stabilization. This guide/unofficial
FAQ is gleaned from all the useful information I found on the Internet
and Panasonic digital camera forums (Section
). A
lot of the posters in the digital camera forums are much more experienced
in digital and film photography than I could ever hope to be! I hope
you find the information in this guide useful and enjoy taking great
photographs with your FZ10.
